Santa Monica Custom Built Home

This contemporary residence has been curated by large volumes strategically offset to create entry points, outdoor terraces, and shading throughout the day. The main living space is anchored by a 22’ wide sliding glass, La Cantina Pocket Door placed in a customized concrete, hidden door. When closed, the space is flooded with an ever-changing light maintaining a strong connection to the exterior terrace and providing silence from the outside world.  When fully open, the line between indoors and outdoors is not only blurred, it’s erased completely. We chose a polished concrete floor that runs continuously from the kitchen through the backyard. This home was designed for a family who wanted to keep their home elevated. Keeping this in mind, we created hidden storage throughout and a flow that not only makes their life easier to maintain but provides a home that is beautiful, modern, and luxurious. 

Del Rey Home Renovation

Originally a 1940s California-style home was renovated in order to transform the unique bones from the original layout into a new modern, luxurious oasis for the owner. We built vaulted ceilings and oversized windows as well as a large chef's kitchen, creating a welcoming and effortless living space. 

Venice Custom Built Home

This Venice home has high ceilings and ample natural light providing an open space that reflects the Venice lifestyle. The glass staircase provides an open feel that flows from the entryway to the kitchen. This build is boasting with light, sleek lines, and a modern design. 

Los Angeles Custom Built Home

With a bold design, this home build incorporated sleek stonework, with clean storage spaces and utilizes lighting to enhance the overall modern atmosphere. With flushed kitchen cabinetry and appliances, we created an open feel that is clean and is a perfect example of what a Los Angeles modern home should look like. 

Cody Road Custom Built Home

This client was looking to transform their hilltop home into a true entertainer’s dream. Elegantly crafted details that are both clean and sophisticated provide an element of luxury to this impressively open floor plan. The space is highlighted by full-sized Fleetwood doors allowing a seamless flow from the indoor spaces to the outdoor terrace and pool. A 10-foot-long integrated kitchen dining table is set off of the main island providing use for both intimacy and entertaining. We built a new master suite, 11-foot vaulted ceilings, a luxury en-suite bathroom, and a 44’ steel beam that creates an open cantilevered corner with sliding Fleetwood doors that create a flow of the master bedroom. Opening up onto a partially covered private mahogany deck with a custom-built infinity edge spa where they can enjoy beautiful sunset views. 

Custom Built Home in Culver City

This custom built home in Culver City has design elements rooted in Danish design with a California twist. Incorporating warm woods and modern black metals with white, clean surfaces, we built a home that encompasses what modern is meant to look like. The outside structure is made of sleek concrete that boasts its strengths with angular masculinity. 

Panama St. Custom Built Los Angeles Home

This Los Angeles home has many unique designs within every detail down to its textures walls. The custom-built La Cantina Pocket Door that we designed, floods the interior kitchen and living space with a bright and airy feel and when closed, you have an intimate sense of seclusion and privacy. The tile work in the bathroom was pieced together with a creativity that makes it unique and inviting. This home has flushed surfaces and cabinetry to keep a sleek and open feel throughout the home.

Los Angeles Custom Home

A full home remodel of a completely rundown Spanish-style home to a traditional luxury home. Keeping with the style of the neighborhood, this home has a traditional feel with modern details such as smart home upgrades, energy-efficient appliances, top-of-the-line fixtures, and unique mixed-era styling. This home boasts custom marble finishes, custom tile design and meticulous wall finishes. Carrera marble and custom marble tubs and vanity as well as a creative step-down master shower with a unique tile design in the master bath is a stunning feature.
